Upon initial sign-up you will be immediately directed to our comprehensive online questionnaire which shall enable us to conduct a full scale analysis of your body metrix, previous training history, current level of fitness and dietary habit.


From this initial consultation review, this information this will give us a clear picture of your specific goals, current health, nutritional history and lifestyle which will enable us to develop a program specific to your needs.


Your plans will be uploaded to your private members area located within the App within 3 working days of  completion.

Personalised Plans

After the pre-screening assessment, our planning team will assess your questionnaire to create your tailored plan in order to achieve to optimize results. Then any allergies, intolerance’s, existing training regimes are all get taken into account to produce the perfect plan for you. Let us take the guess work out and stop you wondering  if you are doing the right thing or not.


Our online training programs includes a full array of workout exercises and includes a guide with full breakdown of each day’s caloric intake and macronutrient split to reflect your unique body type, goals and the workout you will be doing each day in the pursuit of your own unique physical excellence.


We develop a fully personalised training programme for you encompassing every aspect of exercise science that will allow you to achieve your goals in the swiftest possible time.

With the combination of diet and training, we pull all the stops to supply you with a fully integrated diet and training plan, with the diet designed EXACTLY to support the training process and maximize results.


Receiving Your Plans

Within 3 Working days your personalised plans will be uploaded to your App private members area accessible from any device ( iPhone or Android device,  tablet, laptop or desktop PC).


The App has been designed to be clutter free, clean and very easy to use, and comes equipped with everything you needs to stay help achieve your goals, which include 3D animated exercise videos, private messaging to stay in touch with the coach, a forum and a feedback system so that your coach can see if your  are training too hard or too easy!


Depending on your package, we will review your workout logs and progress pictures and will supply feedback to make sure that each phase is accurate and on-track.


Once you’ve signed up to one of our plans, you’ll have full access to Jamtransformation panel of experts who are there to support you 24/7 – so just drop us an an email with questions about training or nutrition and we’ll be more than happy to help we will respond in a timely manner.

  1. I started the bikini plan in November as I have a wedding in Mar and have let myself go since starting a new job. I havent been happy with my shape and my confidence has been low for some time. I am now down from 14 to size 12, have more energy and emotionally in a much better place. The plan was tough at first as I needed to make a lot of changes particularly to my food habits, I virtually had to restock my food cupboard! The good thing is the plan provided a shopping list so I just needed to buy everything on the list and follow the meal plans. I dont like salmon though but there was an alternative food list which allowed me to change to chicken. The training got easier week by week as I got fitter and I really feel good now and look forward to every session. I have a stressful job and the cardio sessions have really helped to relieve the stress. My friends cant believe the change in me, would definitely recommend this program to anyone who lacks confidence in themselves.

  2. At age 39 I have been struggling with my weight for many years. After having kids its been difficult. I have avoided having any photos with my children on the beech or going swimming because I am so conscious of my weight. When I look back its crazy to think I don’t have any of those type photos with my children when they were growing up.   3. I’ve done many many fad diets from atkins to paleo and they only seemed to work for a short time then always put the weight back on. But I now realise that I will never get the results I want using food alone and its not just about weight loss…As Jam says it really is a 3 fold attack – nutrition, exercise and educating yourself for lifestyle changes. After meeting Jam in person I signed up for the 16 week plan as he understood my personal situation and what he said made perfect sense. I am on week 11 and its really working as he said it would, my legs are toning well, stomach reducing and I feel so much better. Early on around the 3rd week my motivation dipped and I fed this back using the app. I had a call from the team next day and they said this is common and encouraged me to continue with the program, I am so glad I did as this really is life changing.   4. Growing up I was very skinny and could always eat what I liked and never put on weight. After college and especially after having 2 children all that changed for me…I gained about 70 pounds with my second child and some of that came off weeks later but the rest I just couldent seem to shift. My clothes dident fit anymore and I really wasent happy with myself. I spiralled down and became demotivated and depressed. I’ve wanted to do a transformation program for some time but its been hard to find the motivation and I’ve felt overwhelmed even to get started.
